Jocelyn Yeo

Jocelyn Yeo has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jocelyn currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) at YouTrip since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Volunteer at Be My Eyes from January 2022. Jocelyn also held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist (APAC) at foodpanda from September 2021 to April 2023. Before that, they were a Talent Sourcer - Software & Product at Randstad Singapore until September 2021. Jocelyn has also gained experience at Adecco, where they worked as a Consultant - Engineering Desk | Perm Division from 2020 to 2021, and as an Associate Consultant - Facilities & Property | Perm Division from 2019 to 2020. Jocelyn began their career at the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), serving as a Tactical UAV - Project Officer in 2019 and as a Human Resource Officer from 2016 to 2019.

Jocelyn Yeo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Murdoch University, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Temasek Polytechnic between 2007 and 2010.

Additionally, Jocelyn Yeo holds several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jocelyn obtained a Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming certification from The ABNLP in January 2022. In July 2020, they acquired certifications in Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, as well as HR and Digital Transformation, both from LinkedIn. In June 2019, they obtained a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries from the Ministry of Manpower.
