Ariel Hathaway

Ariel Hathaway is an experienced professional with a background in support program management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Support Program Management at YouTube Operations since September 2021. In previous roles at Google from December 2009 to September 2021, Ariel led several teams, including the Americas YouTube Lead for Customer Experience and the Manager of Global Support, where key responsibilities included driving team performance, executing data analysis for business insights, and managing complex technical issues related to Google Ads. Early career experience included roles as an Apprentice Business Analyst at Public Consulting Group and a Traveling Exhibitions Intern at The Field Museum. Ariel holds an MBA with Distinction in Business Analytics, Leadership & Change Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Media Arts and Sciences with a focus on Educational Studies from Wellesley College.
