Augustin Ruta

Augustin Ruta serves as the Product Strategy & Operations lead for YouTube Premium, driving product-specific business and growth initiatives while collaborating with senior leadership to enhance product performance and analyze industry trends. Prior experience includes a leadership role at A2 Strategy Group, co-founding a strategy consulting practice concentrated on the healthcare sector, and contributions at Sandbox Industries as an investment associate focused on venture capital in healthcare. Augustin has also held various roles at PwC, including management consulting positions and leadership in special projects at YouTube's Finance team. Academically, Augustin earned an MBA with Distinction from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business with Highest Distinction from Indiana University Bloomington. Augustin is also a member of IU Ventures, connecting startups with investors within the Indiana University community.
