Brandon Abbott is currently the Head of Content Partner Engineering for AMER at YouTube, where they have been since 2018. Prior to this role, Brandon worked as a Partner Technology Manager at YouTube from 2014 to 2018 and served as a Sales/System Engineer at Elemental Technologies from 2012 to 2014. Brandon's experience at Viacom Media Networks from 2006 to 2012 included leading the technical encoding engineering team and supporting high-profile live events. Alongside their corporate roles, Brandon is the Principal Developer and Founder of RedWagon, an independent mobile application development company, which has produced over 70 apps with significant download success. Brandon holds degrees in Computer Science & Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo and a Bachelor's in Visual Communications Technology from Bowling Green State University.
