Clark Rabbior

Clark Rabbior is an experienced government affairs and public policy professional with a strong background in Canadian public affairs. Currently serving as the Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy for YouTube in Canada since August 2025, Clark previously held multiple roles at Shopify from January 2017 to August 2025, including Head of Public Affairs and Head of Government Affairs. Earlier career experiences include consulting and research roles at Global Public Affairs and a position as a Reconciliation Administrator at CI Global Asset Management. Clark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from McGill University and a High School Diploma from St. Andrew's College.
