Dan Meinwald has extensive work experience in the field of analytics. Dan started their career at dunnhumby as a Senior Analyst in 2010 and later became a Lead Analyst. In 2015, they joined HEB as a Senior Analyst and eventually became the Senior Manager of Analytics. In 2019, they moved to Lowe's Companies, Inc. as the Director of Analytics.
In 2021, Dan joined Wayfair as the Associate Director of Analytics where they led product analytics for fulfillment tech and BI data engineering team for supply chain tech. Dan built a fully remote team of 11 analysts, engineers, and product managers and successfully reduced data engineering contractor costs by $3.5M.
In 2022, they took up the role of Principal, Analytics at both Google and YouTube.
In 2023, they joined CDAO Circle as a member of the Advisory Board.
Dan Meinwald obtained a Product Management Leader Certification from Product School in 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Marketing Research at The University of Georgia from 2009 to 2010. Dan initially pursued their undergraduate studies at Tulane University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, Marketing, and Math.
