Currently serving as Director of Product Strategy & Operations at YouTube since 2022, Fatih previously held significant roles such as Director of Strategy & Transformation at Meta, where a global team of over 50 was built to drive business growth, and Chief of Staff & Head of Program Management for Google Health. Earlier career highlights include leading operational excellence and analytics teams at Google, managing a $4 billion global Supplier & Manufacturing Quality program, and contributing to supply chain transformation at Schneider Electric and Intel Corporation. Fatih holds advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and has completed an Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
