Hilal Can Akkor

Hilal Can Akkor serves as the Global Head of Change Management for HR Transformation at IKEA and has previously held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner for Germany and Central & South East Europe, as well as People Development Manager for Central Europe at Reckitt. Additionally, Hilal is a Digital Content Creator at YouTube, specializing in course creation focused on self-development and leadership skills. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director for Turkey in the Health & Hygiene sector at RB. Hilal completed education at INSEAD from April 2022 to May 2023 and earned a certification in Leaders of Learning from Harvard University in 2019.
