Léo Grimaldi

Léo Grimaldi is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Eng Lead for Community Intelligence at YouTube since March 2017, managing multiple machine learning teams focused on content safety, recommendations quality, and GenAI applications across YouTube's Community products. Prior to this role, Léo held various positions at Google, including Tech Lead & Manager for the Posts Platform, and has a notable history at Kifi, where responsibilities included VP Engineering and leading backend teams. Léo's career began with research at Stanford University in machine learning and optimization, following early experiences in data science and presales engineering in notable companies such as Orange and Technicolor. Léo holds a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Diplôme d'Ingénieur from CentraleSupélec.
