Lola B. is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, people operations, and HR leadership across multiple high-profile companies. Currently serving as Director of HR for YouTube Product, UX, and Trust & Safety, as well as Director of People Ops for YouTube Global Business Ops, Lola has previously held senior HR roles at Netflix, Nike Digital, Apple, Walmart.com Global eCommerce, and The Home Depot, among others. Notable achievements include leading HR efforts during the Scanline VFX acquisition at Netflix and managing extensive HR functions for various retail and service sectors throughout a career spanning over two decades. Lola B. is pursuing a Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development at the Weatherhead School of Management, complementing a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Marketing from Florida International University.
