Niharika Pande

Niharika Pande is a seasoned professional in the media and entertainment industry, currently serving as the Head of Creator Partnerships at YouTube. Previously, Niharika held several leadership roles at Meta, including Head of Creative, Curation & Programs, as well as Strategic Partner Manager for both Instagram and News. Niharika's experience at Disney Star includes positions as AVP of Customer Analytics and AVP of Corporate, along with serving as Senior Manager of Corporate. Additionally, Niharika contributed to Disney+ Hotstar as AVP of Content Strategy. Niharika holds an MBA in Strategy from the Indian School of Business and a BA in Journalism from Lady Sriram College, Delhi University.
