Rucha Humnabadkar

Rucha Humnabadkar serves as the Director of Design for YouTube Premium since November 2022, following a notable tenure as Director of Design for Monetization at Twitch from April 2021 to November 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Intuit, where Rucha was Head of Design for Payments at Quickbooks Online and previously held the position of Senior Manager in Core Accounting. Rucha also directed design efforts at LifeLock and applied design strategies as Principal Designer at Rucha Designs. Additional entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Many Cups of Chai and YUPTY LIMITED. Rucha's earlier roles involved significant contributions at Deep Dive Design, StubHub, and eBay, where considerable user experience strategies were developed. Rucha holds a Master of Design from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Andhra University.
