Yuri Zapuchlak

Yuri Zapuchlak is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in software development and management. During a tenure at YouTube from December 2014 to November 2021, Yuri served as a Senior Staff Engineering Manager for the YouTube Live Viewer organization, overseeing a team of over 34 software engineers and leading initiatives such as YouTube Premieres and Live Interactivity. Prior to YouTube, Yuri co-founded Vidmaker, where responsibilities included leading the web stack's engineering efforts. Yuri's previous experience includes roles at Intuit, where contributions spanned senior engineer responsibilities and full-stack development, and an internship at Cisco focused on developing a statistics and monitoring application. Educational credentials include a BS in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and additional coursework in Computer Science at Stanford University.
