Jikky Lam

Jikky Lam's work experience includes a role as Lead Learning & Development at Youwe starting in July 2019. Prior to that, they took a Sabbatical Career Break from September 2018 to June 2019. From January 2014 to August 2018, Jikky worked as a Project Lead Innovation, Trainer, Coach, and Accountmanager at Bureau Zuidema. They also had a role as Trainee Learning & Development at ING Domestic Bank NL from February 2011 to June 2011. Jikky's earliest work experience was as a Recruiter at Uitzendburo De Werkstudent from November 2008 to July 2010.

Jikky Lam's education history includes a BA (Cum Laude) in Cultural Anthropology and Development Sociology from Leiden University, which was obtained from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Jikky took a Minor in Asian Studies at the University of Amsterdam from 2005 to 2007 and completed a Chinese Language Course at Beijing Language and Culture University in 2004. Jikky also attended HAN University of Applied Sciences, where they studied Learning and Development in Organizations from 2010 to 2013 and took a Minor in Interventiekunde in 2012. They also pursued a Post HBO e-learning course at HAN University of Applied Sciences in 2013. Furthermore, Jikky obtained certifications as an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights Benelux in 2020 and as a Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2019.
