Patrick Hessels has over 10 years of experience in the design industry. Patrick began their career as a Designer at BSUR Agency, where they played a key role in digital projects within a traditional media-focused environment. Patrick then moved on to GuiltyPeople, where they worked as an Interactive Designer, translating brand propositions into user-friendly interfaces. Patrick then joined Mirabeau as a Senior Visual Designer, focusing on improving the User Experience through typography, layout, and overall design. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Designer (Global) at Youwe, where they founded the Digital Studio and leads a team of UXers, designers, and creative developers. At Youwe, Patrick combines technology, data, and creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
From 2003 to 2007, Patrick Hessels attended Willem de Kooning Academy, where they pursued a degree in Communication & Multimedia Design with an HBO qualification.
