Nicole Baas

Nicole Baas is a highly experienced klinisch psycholoog and psychotherapeut currently managing care at Youz since March 2022, with expertise in infant mental health and intercultural contexts. Nicole operates a practice for supervision and consultation, providing mentorship for various psychological training and registration programs. Previously, at Karakter kinder- en jeugdpsychiatrie from 2007 to 2022, Nicole held multiple roles including klinisch psycholoog and manager behandelzaken, focusing on psychotherapy and research on youth outcomes. Educational qualifications include a Specialistische opleiding tot klinisch psycholoog from RINO Utrecht and a Master of Science in Child & Adolescent Psychology from Leiden University. Nicole also contributed as a docent at Saxion, teaching social pedagogical studies.
