Mahender N. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology consulting industry. Mahender is currently serving as the Chief Digital Officer at Yovant, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Capgemini for over 16 years, where they held several leadership positions. These include Global Lead for the CX and CRM portfolio, Head of DCX & Cloud Services, Delivery Director for Digital Transformation, Head of CRM - Digital Customer Experience, Head CRM, Delivery Lead, and Delivery & Presales Lead. Before joining Capgemini, Mahender worked as a Release Manager at a Global Consumer Goods Company and as a CRM Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services.

Mahender N. has completed a Masters in Computer Applications from SPGC. Additionally, they have also received training in Leading Strategic Initiatives from IMD.
