Erik Beekman

Erik Beekman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the real estate industry. Erik is currently the Co-Founder and Partner at BEEX Real Estate, where they focus on simplifying real estate services and specializes in advisory, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and tenant representation.

Prior to this, Erik was the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Co-Founder of Yovivo, a booking platform for extended stays. Erik played a key role in developing and financing real estate portfolios, managing funds, and filling the market gap for seasonal workers, digital nomads, and travelers.

Before their entrepreneurial endeavors, Erik worked as the Owner of Eppesteyn B.V., a role they held since 2010. In addition, they were the Owner, Strategic Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at BAY Consultancy, where they provided expertise in strategy development.

Erik's experience also includes leadership positions at Savills Nederland, where they served as the Director and National Head of Agency, and later as the Associate Director and Head of Tenant Representation. Erik was responsible for overseeing agency operations and representing tenants' interests.

Furthermore, Erik was a Member of the Savills EMEA Tenant Advisory Strategy Board, contributing to the development of tenant advisory strategies within the company.

Prior to their time at Savills, Erik worked at CBRE Nederland as the Head of Tenant Representation Amsterdam and as a Senior Corporate Account and Transaction Manager.

Additionally, Erik has co-founded and served as the Managing Partner of Kantoorplanner Nederland, a company focused on office planning and management.

Erik's career began as a Real Estate Agent at DTZ Zadelhoff, where they gained valuable industry experience.

Before venturing into real estate, Erik worked at Protocolbureau as a Junior Partner, where they contributed to the establishment of the organization.

Erik Beekman has a diverse education history. In 1992, they started their education at Atheneum College Hageveld, where they studied until 1998. Following this, in 2001 to 2005, they attended Hotelschool The Hague, although the field of study is not specified.
