Grant Freeman

Grant Freeman is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Thryv. Grant has held this position since October 2018. Prior to this, they were the AVP of Training, Recruiting, and Thryv Software Sales Teams at DexYP from April 2015 to October 2018. In this role, Grant was responsible for leading the training and recruiting departments at Dex Media. Grant also oversaw a unit of digital marketing and software sales specialists charged with ensuring the adoption and sales of Dex Media's digital product offerings.

From January 2012 to March 2015, Grant served as the Director of Digital Media at Hibu. In this role, they were responsible for managing Hibu's digital media products and services, including developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for Hibu's clients.

Grant began their career in the yellow pages industry as a Regional Manager for New Media at Yellowbook in November 2004. Grant held this position until March 2012 when they left to join Hibu.

Grant Freeman has a BS in Marketing from Penn State University and is certified by Google, Yahoo, and Bing in Adwords and Premier Ambassador. Grant is also SEMPO certified.

They work with Paul Rouse - Chief Financial Officer, John Wholey - Chief Operation & Information Officer, and Tami Cannizzaro - Chief Marketing Officer. Grant Freeman reports to Joe Walsh, CEO & President.
