John Wholey

John Wholey is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and information technology within the publishing and digital services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operations & Information Officer and Executive Vice President at Thryv since January 2015, John Wholey oversees back office operations and IT functions to support product fulfillment and servicing. Previously, John held key positions at hibu, where responsibilities included managing US operations and global oversight of customer engagement and support processes. John Wholey's career also includes leadership roles at Yellowbook as Vice President of Publishing Operations, White Directory Publishers, and Bell Atlantic, where operations and production management were focal points. Educated with an MBA in Finance from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, John Wholey combines technical expertise with strategic operational leadership.
