Sarah Madden is a strategic leader with extensive experience in client experience and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Thryv since October 1994. In this role, Sarah is responsible for designing and executing the end-to-end client experience across all touchpoints, overseeing customer journey mapping, satisfaction initiatives, and support operations to enhance retention and loyalty. Previous roles include Senior Manager positions at DexYP, where Sarah focused on client success, training, and support for client-facing operations. With additional expertise gained from various positions in graphic design and training across multiple companies, Sarah holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Marywood University and a certification as a Training Generalist from Langevin Learning Services.
