Tiffany Poole

Tiffany Poole has over 16 years of experience in various roles at Thryv, beginning as a Campaign Manager and advancing to positions such as Escalations Specialist, National Account Manager, and Contract Management Specialist. In these roles, Tiffany has focused on supporting resellers of DexYP products and enhancing the performance of Search Engine Marketing programs for clients. Prior to Thryv, Tiffany worked as an Adoption Placement Specialist and Conservatorship Worker at the State of Texas Child Protective Services, facilitating the permanent placement of children in foster care and acting as a liaison to support families in regaining custody. Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of North Texas.
