Chidinma Ezeh is an Agribusiness and Workforce Development Consultant with over eight years of experience in food security, youth empowerment, and climate-smart agriculture across Africa. They are the Founder and CEO of FarmCAS, a tech-enabled agricultural HR firm that has positively impacted over 5,000 youth and women. As the YPARD Nigeria Country Representative, they have equipped over 3,000 young professionals with essential skills and opportunities in agriculture. Ezeh holds a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension Services from Ekiti State University and is currently pursuing an MBA in International Agribusiness and Value Chain Management at Lead City University. Their work has garnered global recognition, including being named Africa’s Agriculture Influencer by the Mastercard Foundation.
