Pablo Lema

Pablo Lema has extensive experience in the drilling industry, currently serving as Supervisor de Perforación at YPF since November 2014. Lema has been involved with YPF S.A. as a Company Man since October 2012, working specifically in the Loma la Lata field. Prior experience includes a role as Company Man at SAT from April 2007 to October 2012, focused on drilling and completion projects in the same area. Earlier positions include Assistant Sales for Smith International, supporting various major companies in the energy sector, and as an instructor in drilling systems at Pride International. Lema's educational background includes a degree in Maestro Mayor de Obra from ENET Nª 1 Neuquen.
