Pablo Quiroga

Pablo Quiroga has extensive experience in management control and budgeting, currently serving as Jefe de Certificaciones NOC at YPF since December 2012, where responsibilities include payments, audits, and penalties. Previous roles at YPF include Jefe de Presupuesto y Control de Inversiones, focusing on budget management and investment control, as well as various positions in management control and analysis. Additionally, Pablo served as an Assistant Professor at Universidad Nacional del Comahue and undertook research projects in advanced techniques for multiparadigm development. Previous consultancy work includes process improvement and ERP selection at Banco Provincia del Neuquén, as well as SAP implementation and business process reengineering at ENSI. Pablo holds multiple degrees in computer science from institutions including Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Ecole des Mines de Nantes, and Universidad Nacional del Comahue.
