Established in 1974 to aggregate the procurement spend of our owning local authorities, we continue to help drive efficiency savings through our bulk buying power for product supplies and centralised contract services.

Today we offer an extensive range of thousands of products and public sector frameworks, covering everything from office supplies and furniture to energy and HR solutions. This helps our customers save time and money, delivering even better value.

We're 100% publicly owned and all our profits are returned to our public sector customers.
