Alyssa McLean

Alyssa (Lombardi) McLean is an experienced senior manager, currently leading the Network Communities team at YPO since May 2022, where responsibilities include driving member engagement and optimizing resource management. Prior roles include Network Engagement Manager at YPO, Manager of Marketing and Communications at The Fine Arts Association, and Visual Art Instructor at the Beck Center for the Arts. With a strong background in marketing, communications, and engagement strategies, Alyssa has also served as Campaign and Membership Manager at Greater Cleveland Community Shares, Media Manager at The University of Akron, and Job Coach at Advanced Employment Connection, LLC. Alyssa holds a B.A. in Two Dimensional Art and Arts Management from Bowling Green State University and a Master's degree in Arts Administration from The University of Akron.
