Joe Dipasquale

Joe DiPasquale is the Founder and CEO of Regroup, a leading mass notification platform for distributed organizations, serving clients such as large companies, schools, and cities since December 2005. In addition, Joe is the LGBT Network Membership Lead at YPO and Co-Founder and Director of StartOut, a 501c3 organization focusing on entrepreneurship in the LGBT community. As Co-Founder and CEO of BitBull Capital, a rapidly growing crypto hedge fund, Joe has led the firm to achieve significant returns while emphasizing blockchain, crypto, and FinTech investments. Other roles include Private Investor at Gaingels, mentor at The Founder Institute, and advisor at HighBar Partners. Joe holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA from Harvard University, alongside additional education in Self-Driving Car Engineering from Udacity.
