They founded Global Project Partners in 2008, specializing in building senior and executive teams for mega global capital projects within the Infrastructure and Energy sectors, focusing on culture transformation and leadership development. Currently, Jennifer is the founder of Human Accelerators®, working with family enterprises and leadership teams to enhance human capability and readiness for future challenges. In 2024, they took on the role of Director of Diversity and Inclusion at YPO, a global leadership community of chief executives dedicated to collective growth and impact.
