Kea Molnar

Kea Molnar is an experienced professional currently serving as a Member of the Jackson Hole Chapter at YPO since April 2023. As Managing Director of Client Strategy at Willow Street since January 2020, Kea has played a key role in guiding families and their advisors in the administration of custom fiduciary structures. Concurrently, Kea holds the position of Managing Director of Client Strategy at Crestbridge Fiduciary, a joint venture that integrates expertise from both Crestbridge Family Office Services and Willow Street. Previous roles include Brand Strategist at New Thought Digital Agency, Senior Partner Lead at Google, and Brand Development Manager at Unilever, where significant contributions to brand innovation and marketing strategies were made. Kea's career began at Goldman Sachs in Private Wealth Management, with earlier experience at Johnson & Johnson and an internship at Rice, Heard & Bigelow, Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA from Middlebury College, and a Certificate in International Trust Management from STEP Canada, among other academic achievements.
