Lauren Pettit

Lauren Pettit is the current Head of Member Care at YPO. Lauren has over 7 years of experience in managing membership accounts and driving member engagement. Prior to YPO, Lauren was with Inspirato for over 4 years where they started as a Personal Vacation Advisor and eventually became the Vice President of Membership Development. In their role at YPO, Lauren is responsible for managing the member care team, developing new outreach programs to engage members, and driving revenue through unique promotions and partnerships.

Lauren Pettit has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Colorado State University.

They work with Jessica Kinghorn - Head, Member Experience & Marketing, Rick Duha - COO, and Chris Stakich - Chief Experience Officer. Lauren Pettit reports to Xavier Mufraggi, CEO.
