Adrian Haase is an accomplished attorney-at-law with extensive experience in venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law, currently serving at YPOG since July 2017 and previously at Flick Gocke Schaumburg from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, Adrian worked as a researcher at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society from 2013 to 2017, focusing on cybersecurity, cybercrime, and global constitutionalism. Adrian obtained a Ph.D. in Law from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and holds an LL.B. and First State Exam from Bucerius Law School. Further educational pursuits include research stays at Harvard Law School and Università degli Studi di Parma, alongside a semester abroad at Stellenbosch University, complementing a strong academic foundation with a high school diploma from Walddörfer Gymnasium in Hamburg.
