Krystle Medina-Arias

Krystle Medina-Arias, MSHRM, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Junior Consultant at YP Personnel Management & Consulting since November 2019. Previously, Krystle held roles such as Human Resources Business Partner at Coaching Season LLC and Human Resources Generalist II at Florida Memorial University. Additional experience includes positions at the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Honorable Court Reporting, Transatlantic Investment Management, CVS Health, Montgomery County Circuit Court, Children's National Health System, and Magruders Inc. Krystle holds a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Montgomery College.
