David Pfister has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. David started their career with a summer internship at Solvay in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at ENGIE. From 2012 to 2013, David served as a Research Assistant at ETH Zurich, working on a project related to the synthesis of furan-based green polymers in collaboration with Sulzer Chemtech AG. David continued their work at ETH Zurich as a Teaching Assistant from 2012 to 2015. In 2015, David became a PhD Researcher at ETH Zurich, focusing on their research in the Morbidelli group. David completed their PhD research in 2016 and joined Ypso-Facto as a Project Manager. At Ypso-Facto, they progressed to become the Head of Software Development from 2018 to 2022 and currently holds the position of Head of Research and Development.
David PFISTER completed their education in a chronological manner. David started their education in 2003 at Lycée Henry Poincaré, Nancy, where they pursued their A Level studies. David focused on subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Natural Sciences during their three years of study, which ended in 2006. After that, from 2006 to 2008, they continued their education at the same institution, completing the Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles, with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, David attended ENSIC, where they obtained an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering. Lastly, from 2012 to 2015, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Chemical Engineering from ETH Zürich.
