Edouard Nicoud has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Edouard began their career at IFP Energies nouvelles in 2014 as a Doctoral Researcher, working on a collaborative project related to quantifying combustion stability in GDI engines. Edouard'sresearch involved utilizing Large-Eddy Simulation and was conducted in partnership with Daimer A. G and Ecole Centrale Paris. Edouard then joined Safran Aircraft Engines in 2018 as a Combustion Methods Engineer. In this role, they focused on combustion stability and methods in the industry. Currently, Edouard is employed at Ypso-Facto, starting in 2019 as a Software Developer. Subsequently, they transitioned to the role of Responsible for New Business Development and currently serves as a Customer Success Manager.

Edouard Nicoud began their education journey in 2011 when they attended Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electricité et de Mécanique (ENSEM). Edouard completed their Diplôme d'ingénieur in mechanical engineering at ENSEM in 2013. The following year, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued their Master's degree in mechanical engineering at ETH Zürich. Later, from 2014 to 2017, Edouard attended CentraleSupélec to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Sciences physiques.
