Lucrèce Nicoud's work experience begins in 2011, where they worked as an intern at both UCB Pharma and Solvay. In 2012, they joined ETH Zurich as a PHD Student, focusing on the aggregation of therapeutic proteins. Lucrèce'srole involved combining experimental characterization and theoretical models to gain understanding of protein aggregation mechanisms and kinetics. Lucrèce continued their work at ETH Zurich until 2015.
In 2016, Nicoud became a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), working on the crystallization of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Lucrèce'sresearch involved utilizing process analytical technologies and models to investigate polymorph dynamics in batch and continuous reactors. Lucrèce worked at MIT until 2018.
Since 2018, Nicoud has been employed at Ypso-Facto, initially serving as a Project Manager. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Head of Innovation, and in 2022, they became the Head of Product. Lucrèce'sresponsibilities at Ypso-Facto include leading product development and innovation initiatives.
Lucrèce Nicoud began their education in 2008 at the ENSIC - Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Industries Chimiques, where they earned a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2011. In 2010 and 2011, they also spent a year as an exchange student at ETH Zürich, although the field of study during this period is not specified. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2016. Lucrèce'sdoctoral research focused on the aggregation of therapeutic proteins from dilute to concentrated conditions.
