Agnès Guissard is an experienced professional with a robust background in project leadership and customer experience management, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Project Lead Delivery at Ypto since January 2017, Agnès previously held the role of Project Lead at Tech Mahindra Business Services from September 2014 to December 2016. Prior experience includes a position as Commercial Roadmap Project Leader for Call Flow & IVR at Mobistar, where project focus was on Interactive Voice Platforms and customer experience enhancements. Agnès began at Mobistar as a Contact Flow Coordinator, managing the entire lifecycle of call flow and IVR business processes. Earlier roles include head of parent committee at Royale Union Saint-Gilloise SCRL and various positions at Sabena, including Team Coach and Sales and Ticketing Agent, managing call center operations and airline reservations.
