Our mission is to engage and empower Worcester’s young professional women. We create opportunities for local young professional women to come together to improve themselves and our community. Women in our organization are uniquely positioned to contribute to the region’s economy, hold leadership positions in the business and non-profit sectors, and influence policy that will ensure a strong society for years to come.
