Ed Cochrane

Ed Cochrane is a retired HR leader and business psychologist with a rich background in psychology and extensive experience in both public and private sectors. They served as the Head of Executive Education at the University of Edinburgh Business School, where they also taught and developed influential research in Emotional Intelligence. As the Head of YSC Scotland, Ed leads initiatives within one of the world’s premier leadership consultancies while maintaining a freelance career as a poet. Their innovative work has garnered recognition through numerous speaking engagements at key conferences and various features in national and international media.
