Paula Olazábal

Paula monitors Ysios’ portfolio companies, being in charge of the reporting to the Funds’ investors. She is also in charge of evaluating investment opportunities from a financial and legal perspective.

Paula serves on the board of Babyscripts. Formerly she was board observer at medLumics and Dermalumics.

Paula joined Ysios in 2008. From 2006 to 2008, she worked as associate at Sabadell Corporate Finance. Previously, she worked as an analyst at Nmás1 corporate finance. Throughout her career she has been involved in several buy and sell processes of companies in different sectors, and has worked in strategic consultancy, having been involved in several valuations and financial restructurings.

Paula earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and holds an MBA from the IE Business School (Instituto de Empresa), in Spain.
