Rachel Foster has a wealth of experience in the design and technology field. Rachel began their career in 2008 as a Designer and Motionographer at Bandy Carroll Hellige. In 2010, they founded RachFost, where they served as UX Director and President. In 2014, they joined Robeson Marketing & Design as a UX/UI Designer and Consultant. In 2016, they founded Totem and served as CXO and Founder. That same year, they joined Slingshot as UX Lead. In this role, they oversee, guides, mentors, and directs the Design team, and sees products through the entire design cycle, from ideation to implementation. Rachel also conducts Usability Testing to validate and refine prototypes and designs, and formulates Product Strategy based upon user needs and business goals. Additionally, they are an Empathy Architect and spearheaded the company rename.
Rachel Foster attended Bellarmine University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus in Fine and Studio Arts.
