Dr Liz Ratcliffe has extensive experience in marketing, with a focus on supporting start-ups and women entrepreneurs. Dr Liz has worked in various roles at companies such as Outset CIC, Springer Partners, Centriforce Products Limited, and Ordnance Survey. Dr Ratcliffe also has a background in education, teaching marketing courses in their spare time. Dr Liz holds a Ph.D. in hydrochemistry, geography, hydrology, and hurricanes, as well as a Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a BSc Hons in Geography.

An independent evaluation of this body of work calculated a financial, economic and social return of more than £423 million, and a return of £10.30 for every pound invested.
