Deen Teelucksingh

Deen Teelucksingh is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in information technology across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead IT Project Manager at YTL UK since July 2025, Deen has held multiple IT project management roles at organizations such as Wessex Water, Bupa Dental Care UK, and Managed IT by Commercial. Previous expertise includes a position as Digital Services Project Manager for University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust and roles at the National Trust and Historic England. Deen began a career in project management as an IMT PMO Coordinator and PMO Analyst at Oxford University Press and Historic England, respectively. Deen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Oxford Brookes University.
