Kirsty Scarlett

Kirsty Scarlett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement and communication. Currently serving as the Group Head of Community Engagement at YTL UK since March 2025 and a Board Trustee at Wiltshire Citizens Advice since October 2023, Kirsty previously held the position of Head of Community Engagement at Wessex Water from October 2017 to March 2025, where responsibilities included developing corporate community engagement strategies and initiated various community-focused programs. Additional roles include Director at Wiltshire and Swindon Credit Union, Marketing & Communications Manager at Community Foundation for Wiltshire and Swindon, and funding advisory positions with Littlehare Consulting, Charities Information Bureau South & West, and Voluntary Action Kennet. Kirsty began a career in finance as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Brewin Dolphin and also gained early experience as an Election Office Assistant at BBC News. Kirsty holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from The University of Edinburgh.
