Ya Sian Chia

Ya Sian Chia is an experienced civil engineer currently serving as Deputy Construction Manager at YTL Corporation Bhd since February 2012. Responsibilities include the preparation of TSSR and Technical Proposal reports, approval of drawings, and establishing document controls for as-built revisions. Prior to this role, Ya Sian worked as a Civil & Structural Engineer at Perunding Irnova, where expertise in catchment plan design was developed. Ya Sian holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia, earned between 2007 and 2011.
