YU means heal in Chinese. Our mission here in YU therapy, is to help as many people as possible heal from their past traumas, and overcome their emotional and mental struggles. 

Our vision is to normalise therapy and be everyone's "everyday" therapist. In Asia, the stigma of seeing a mental health professional is still quite strong and we wish to play a part in breaking that. Everyone goes through difficult times in life, and not everyone is strong enough or has the right support system in place. We aim to be that strong pillar of support for anyone who needs a hand especially during the down times.
