Guadalupe Domínguez has held various roles in the finance and customer service industries since 2007. Guadalupe began their career as an Ejecutivo de ventas telefónicas at BANAMEX BANCO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO in 2007. In 2009, they moved to Gas Natural Fenosa as an Analista de información. In 2011, they were appointed Gerente de mesa de control INFONAVIT at INFONAVIT. In 2016, they accepted the role of Gerente de Cobranza at Caprio Azzicurazzioni. From 2018 to 2022, they were the Subdirectora de Cobranza Fonacot at Instituto del Fondo Nacional para el Consumo de los Trabajadores. Currently, they are the Manager, Customer Success at Sumeria.
Guadalupe Domínguez completed a Licenciatura in Administración y gestión de empresas from Teschi from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Diplomado Habilidades Gerenciales from Harvard Business School in 2014-2015. They also obtained a certification from Sumeria in May 2022.
