Juan Ignacio Martínez Chávez

Juan Ignacio Martínez Chávez is currently the CTO & Co-Founder of Sumeria, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the CTO & Co-Founder and Operations & Projects Manager of Yu-Track from 2020. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Jefe Proyectos Tecnológicos - Transformación Digital at Coltech | Software and Consulting, where they were responsible for designing and pre-selling technological projects. From 2014 to 2018, they were the Ingeniero de Proyectos Tecnológicos & Product Owner and Ingeniero de Proyectos TI at Commzgate Latin America, where they identified and understood customer needs, generated effective solutions, and communicated them to the rest of the team. Juan Ignacio was also a Professor at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2014. From 2012 to 2011, they were the Analista SEO and Desarrollo Test QA Automatizados at FOL Agencia de Valores SpA.

Juan Ignacio Martínez Chávez completed a Magister en Gestión y Emprendimiento Tecnológico at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez from 2013 to 2014. From 2008 to 2012, they obtained an Ingeniería Civil Industrial Mención TI with a field of study in Tecnología de la información from the same university. Additionally, they hold a Scrum Fundamentals Certified certification from SCRUMstudy obtained in March 2021 and an EF Standardized English Test: C2 - PROFICIENT (EFSET 74/100) certification from EF Education First obtained in August 2017.
