Joel High

Joel High has worked in various roles since 1995. Joel began their career at Penn National Gaming as a Manager, where they oversaw daily operations, managed the money room, and directed World Series of Handicapping Tournaments. In 2002, they moved to Colonial Downs as Managing Director, where they reduced yearly expenses by $250,000 while increasing company revenue. In 2003, Joel became a Bartender/Certified Trainer at Olive Garden. In 2006, they took on an Accounting Intern role at Stratix Systems, where they created and managed financial reports in Excel and assisted with month-end closing activities. In 2007, Joel joined Knoll, Inc. as an Internal Auditor, where they tested SOX control processes for three US sites and one Canadian site. In 2013, they began working at Yuasa Battery, Inc. as Director of Sales Operations, Sales Planning Manager, and Senior Accountant. In their roles, they were responsible for sales budgeting and forecasting, powersports sales and customer support, industrial battery sales and customer support, preparing monthly financial statements, budgeting and forecasting, fixed asset management, and developing and implementing the company's fixed asset policy.

Joel High obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2006, after having earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Thomas Nelson Community College in 2004.
