David Olsen

David Olsen has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily in customer advocacy, customer communications, public relations, and account management. David started their career as a Corporate Communications Intern at Geneva Steel, where they gained experience in crisis communications and media interactions. David then worked as a Practitioner at LDS Family Services, providing counseling and directing seminars on relationship enhancement.

Moving forward, David worked at Coltrin & Associates, starting as a Senior Account Executive and progressing to Managing Director. During this time, they developed skills in account management and leadership. David also held the role of Senior Accounts Director at Method Communications, where they built strong electronic footprints for customers and pitched media stories.

David then joined Adobe, where they held multiple senior manager positions. David led the PR strategy for Adobe Analytics and managed a team dedicated to publicizing marketing analytics. David also worked closely with customers across various verticals, highlighting successful digital transformations through storytelling opportunities. In addition, David collaborated with Adobe's premier partners, including Microsoft, to share joint success stories.

Currently, David Olsen serves as the Director of Customer Advocacy at Yubico, where they leverage their expertise to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
